Piglet Barn is a two-bedroom semi-detached dwelling suitable for up to 4 persons, all on a single floor level without

steps. Parking is off-road within the site, with ramped and level access to the dwelling.

Underfloor heating to all rooms, with individual room controls.

LIVING/DINING ROOM with wood burning stove, sofa bed (suitable for one visiting adult or two children), lounge

chairs, dining table & chairs. Digital TV and DVD player with a selection of films; stereo system with CD player.

•

DOUBLE BEDROOM with double bed, dresser and large closet.

•

TWIN BEDROOM with two beds and wardrobe.

•

KITCHEN with fridge, 4-burner ceramic hob, fan oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, clothes washer, toaster &

kettle.

•

BATHROOM with full length bath and shower.

•

TERRACE and lawn, west facing, with table & chairs, barbeque and sun loungers, with fabulous views over the

countryside.

All bedlinen, towels, tableware, crockery and glasses, utensils provided. Clothes iron and board, vacuum cleaner,

cleaning materials provided.

All services included: Heating, electricity, water, WiFi, rates and licenses etc.

Fuel wood for stove provided.

Up to two well-behaved pets allowed.

Accommodation is non-smoking within the building.

Short-Term Lettings:

Recently we have moved away from weekly holiday rentals: We are now in our late seventies, and no longer able to

manage the weekly changeover to the high standard we have always provided!

We are now making Piglet Barn available on a monthly basis for up to 6 months, to people needing temporary

accommodation. This might arise from a household emergency (fire or flood, for example), or a breakdown in the

housing chain, between a house sale and purchase. The units remain of self-catering holiday rental standard as

detailed above, with all services included in the cost. Bedding, towels, tableware and cookware etc. are all provided.

The only substantial difference from a holiday home is that housekeeping within the building is responsibility of the

tenant.

Rental rates will be agreed depending on anticipated length of stay, pets etc., but will be substantially less than typical

weekly holiday rates. VAT is not applicable. Please contact us to confirm availability.
