Gosling Barn is a two-bedroom semi-detached dwelling suitable for up to 4 persons comfortably, all on a single floor

level without steps. Parking is off-road within the site, with ramped and level access to the dwelling.

and DVD player with a selection of films; FM/DAB stereo system with CD player.

SUN ROOM/ENTRY with tiled floor, lounge chairs and table, with fabulous views over the countryside.

DOUBLE BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe.

•

TWIN BEDROOM with two beds, dresser and large closet.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM with fridge-freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, fan oven, microwave oven, dishwasher,

clothes washer, toaster & kettle, dining table & chairs.

BATHROOM with large walk-in shower.

•

TERRACE and lawn, south and west facing, with table & chairs, barbeque and sun loungers.

All bedlinen, towels, tableware, crockery and glasses, utensils provided. Clothes iron and board, vacuum cleaner,

cleaning materials provided.

All services included: Heating, electricity, water, WiFi, rates and licenses etc.

Fuel wood for stove provided.

Up to three well-behaved pets allowed. Accommodation is non-smoking within the building.

Short-Term Lettings:

Recently we have moved away from weekly holiday rentals: We are now in our late seventies, and no longer able to

manage the weekly changeover to the high standard we have always provided!

We are now making Gosling Barn available on a monthly basis for up to 6 months, to people needing temporary

accommodation. This might arise from a household emergency (fire or flood, for example), or a breakdown in the

housing chain, between a house sale and purchase. The units remain of self-catering holiday rental standard as

detailed above, with all services included in the cost. Bedding, towels, tableware and cookware etc. are all provided.

The only substantial difference from a holiday home is that housekeeping within the building is responsibility of the

tenant.

Rental rates will be agreed depending on anticipated length of stay, pets etc., but will be substantially less than

typical weekly holiday rates. VAT is not applicable. Please contact us to confirm availability.
