Piglet barn was originally a pig farrowing shed, recently converted into quality self-catering accommodation. It is in a quiet location in open countryside with long distance views, but only a short distance to the A1066. The unit comprises a two-bedroom semi-detached dwelling suitable for 4 persons comfortably, all on a single floor level without steps. Parking is off-road within the site, with ramped and level access to the dwelling.
- Underfloor heating to all rooms, with individual room controls.
- LIVING/DINING ROOM with wood burning stove, sofa bed (suitable for 1 adult or 2 children), lounge chairs, dining table & chairs. Digital TV and DVD player with a selection of films; DAB stereo system with CD player.
- DOUBLE BEDROOM with king-size bed.
- TWIN BEDROOM with two beds.
- KITCHEN with fridge, 4-burner glass hob, fan oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, clothes washer-dryer, toaster & kettle.
- BATHROOM with full length bath and shower
- TERRACE and lawn, west facing, with table & chairs, barbeque and sun loungers.
- All bedlinen, towels, tableware, crockery and glasses, utensils provided. Clothes iron and board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning materials provided. Fuel wood for stove provided.

- Week rates are based on Saturday start and finish.
- Short break rates are for either 3-night weekend (Fri-Mon) or 4-night midweek (Mon-Fri) breaks.

Bookings will require 25% deposit to secure the booking, fully refundable if cancelled by you more than 28 days before the start date. The balance must be prepaid in full prior to the start of your stay.
