We welcome you to stay with us at our converted barn, originally erected in 1822 as part of Oxfootstone Farm. Situated in quiet, open countryside with long views, but just off the A1066 between Thetford and Diss.

The two guest rooms are at ground level, in former cart-sheds grouped around a central courtyard garden, and directly overlooking a large pond with waterfowl.

South Lopham is on the Norfolk-Suffolk border, 5 miles west of Diss and 12 miles east of Thetford. We are a good base for exploring East Anglia, with Norwich, Kings Lynn, Cambridge, Bury St. Edmunds and Ipswich all within an hour's drive on good roads. In gently rolling countryside with quiet lanes and pretty villages, this is ideal cycling country.

Nearby attractions include Redgrave and Lopham Fens (within walking distance), Bressingham Steam Museum and Alan Bloom's Gardens, Thelnetham Windmill, Banham Zoo and Snetterton Racing Circuit.
