This holiday unit is within former cart-sheds of clay-lump construction, attached to the Grade II listed Oxfootstone Granary. The west side windows project over a large pond with waterfowl. The unit comprises a two-bedroom dwelling suitable for 4 persons comfortably, all on a single floor level.
Parking is off-road within the site, with ramped and level access to the dwelling, although there are two steps up to its private entrance. Covered parking available for bicycles and motorcycles.
Fully central heated; heating and electrical costs included.
Accomodation is non-smoking, although you are welcome to smoke in the grounds.
- LIVING/DINING ROOM & KITCHEN with dining table & chairs, lounge chairs, sofa bed (suitable for 1 adult or 2 children). Kitchen with fridge, 2-burner ceramic hob, oven with grille, microwave oven, toaster & kettle. French doors opening directly over the pond. Digital TV and DVD player with a selection of films; stereo music system with radio and CD player.
- DOUBLE BEDROOM with en-suite shower room, and oriel window projecting over the pond.
- TWIN BEDROOM with en-suite full bathroom, and oriel window projecting over the pond.
- PRIVATE ENTRANCE HALL with conservatory roof and coat closet.
- TERRACE and lawn with table & chairs, barbeque and sun loungers.
- All bedlinen, towels, tableware, crockery and glasses, utensils provided. Clothes iron and board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning materials provided.

- Prices shown are £ sterling. VAT is not applicable.
- Week rates are based on Saturday start and finish.
- Short break rates are for either 3-night weekend (Fri-Mon) or 4-night midweek (Mon-Fri) breaks.
- Other start days or durations may be available; please enquire.
- 20% small party discount (2 persons / full week bookings only) between the following dates: 21 October - 22 December 2011; 2 January 2012 - 31 May; 8 June - 19 July; 31 August - 20 December 2012.
